Deep inside of you, beyond your thoughts and your emotions, there is a part of you that is vibrating in cosmic bliss. This part of you is always in love because it IS love. We can't always feel it because we are distracted by the constant chatter of the mind and the noise around us. Join us for a powerful journey to reconnect with the truth of who you are.
Breathwork involves a visceral journey through the psyche that can be physically intense, emotional, psychedelic, extremely pleasurable, and beyond. Through this practice we can access other states of our consciousness, releasing old energies, blockages or anything that keeps us from a state of pure love. Debbie provides a constant loving presence, through Reiki/ healing touch combined with an intuitive playlist to carry you through it.
