This is a new incarnation of Dancorcism: An online weekly course in somatic explorations.

Let’s discover the energies we carry and invite them to shift and transform. (You can make it as gentle or vigorous as you want.) Although the class will be guided, there will be less choreography and more freedom to express yourself. It's a dance based workshop, but there will also be some Breathwork, Reiki, and Meditation incorporated into the mix. (and obviously great music!) It will also be a place to connect with each other and share what we are feeling. Open to everyone, it's going to be really special.

This class 
meets Mondays 6:30pm - 8pm for six weeks from 7/18 - 8/22
